This 80kg payload 5 axis palletizing robot arm is built for factories that stack cartons of confectionery, paper products, books and bundled leaflets on a single fixed station. The 2061mm reach keeps the full 1100 x 1100mm pallet pattern inside the working envelope, so the arm reaches every corner without an extra linear track. A 1740mm maximum stacking height covers standard pallet plus two-tier loads, and the compact footprint leaves room for the infeed conveyor, gripper parking and operator walkway. Because the 80kg payload palletizing robot carries the gripper and the carton together, one unit can serve two packaging lines running at the same cycle.

Q: What can the 80kg payload palletizing robot arm carry?
A: It is rated for an 80kg payload, so a clamp or vacuum gripper plus a carton layer is handled in a single cycle. Share your carton weight and pattern and we confirm the usable payload after gripper weight.
Q: How large a pallet does the 2061mm reach cover?
A: The 2061mm reach serves a 1100 x 1100mm stacking pattern with 1740mm maximum stacking height. If your pallet is larger, a floor rail or a longer reach model from the same series fits better.
Q: Why choose 5 axis instead of 6 axis for stacking?
A: Cartons and printed goods stay level during palletizing, so a 5 axis arm does the same work with fewer joints, lower cost and less maintenance on the wrist.
Q: How fast is the cycle?
A: The unit reaches 800 cycles per hour under the standard 400mm rise, 2000mm horizontal and 400mm fall measuring pattern. Real output depends on pattern, gripper and conveyor speed.
Q: What protection does the arm have?
A: The body is IP54 and the wrist is IP67, so dust and splashes around a packaging line do not enter the joints.
Q: Which controller is supplied?
A: The YRC1000 controller is standard. It includes the palletizing wizard, pattern generation and energy regeneration, and fits a 598 x 427 x 490mm cabinet.
Q: Can one robot serve two production lines?
A: Yes. With the 2061mm reach and a shared infeed layout, one 80kg payload palletizing robot often covers two cartoning lines running at the same rate.
Q: What support comes with the unit?
A: We supply documentation, parameter backup and remote commissioning guidance, and we keep spare motors and reducers in stock for this model.
