The AUBO iS25 is the die casting handling configuration of the iS standard series: a 25kg payload 1700mm reach collaborative robot arm with 0.05mm repeat positioning accuracy. What separates this build from a general-purpose unit is a 282mm base and 75.6kg reinforced body that absorb the reaction torque of a 25kg casting. The body is sealed to IP54, runs on the AUBO-CB-iS controller with a 1kg teach pendant, and is assembled from six standardised joint modules, so a 25kg payload collaborative robot arm can be maintained with one spare parts list across every cell on your floor.

Die castings are dense, hot and awkward. The 25kg payload covers the gripper plus a raw casting, and the 282mm base with a 75.6kg reinforced body absorbs the reaction torque, so the arm does not need a floor anchor plate to stay rigid.
Repeat positioning accuracy is 0.05mm at the tool flange under rated payload, and each 25kg payload collaborative robot arm ships with a calibration report from the factory test. Accuracy is only useful if it survives production, so the structure, the control loop and the sealed joints are tuned together to hold that figure at 3.2m/s tool speed rather than on a lab bench, which is the difference between a demo and a production-ready collaborative robot arm.
The arm body is rated IP54 (IP67 optional), the controller IP43 and the pendant IP54. That covers workshop dust, light splash and process mist outside a direct spray zone. The joints are sealed modules with no exposed belts and no grease channel to re-pack, which is what keeps this collaborative robot arm in service on lines where conventional arms need monthly attention, and that record is why buyers shortlist this collaborative robot arm for wet and dusty cells.
The controller runs on 115/230VAC, links to the arm over a 5m cable (8m maximum) and speaks Modbus-RTU/TCP, PROFINET and EtherNet/IP. Programming is open, with C, C++, C#, Lua, Python, JavaScript, Java, ROS and ROS2 on Windows and Linux, or point recording on the 1kg pendant. First installation and program validation for one cell typically takes 2-3 days with our support.
One arm body, one AUBO-CB-iS controller, one AUBO-TP-iS pendant with a 4m cable, the arm cable set, the user manual, interface documentation, a wiring diagram and a calibration report. For this application we also provide casting extraction example programs, heat-shield mounting notes and gripper I/O mapping, so your team can validate the cycle before the 25kg payload collaborative robot arm is installed.
Arms are assembled at the AUBO manufacturing bases in Changzhou and Zibo and function tested before packing, then shipped in an export plywood case with shock-absorbing foam; arm body, controller, pendant and cables travel in separate compartments. Standard delivery is 15-25 working days after deposit, and because every iS model shares the same controller and joint modules, a second collaborative robot arm cell can be rolled out with the same spare parts list and the same programs, so a second collaborative robot arm cell starts from a known baseline instead of a fresh integration project.
