The 800kg payload palletizing robot arm is the top of the MOTOMAN-PL range, chosen for stone, concrete and other dense loads where one grip has to move a whole bundle. A 550 kg m2 wrist inertia allowance lets a long slab or wide block tool turn without flex, and 3159mm reach still builds a 1600 x 1600mm pallet to 2363mm stacking height. Because each cycle shifts far more mass than a carton line does, the 800kg payload palletizing robot is run at 550 cycles per hour, which keeps the structure and drives inside their design envelope shift after shift. Body mass of 2560kg on a floor mounted base limits vibration, and the IP54 body with YRC1000 controller keeps service simple in stone yards.

Q: How much can the 800kg payload palletizing robot arm move?
A: 800kg including the gripper. With a 120kg slab clamp, about 680kg of stone moves per cycle, and we size the gripper to your heaviest bundle.
Q: What does the 550 kg m2 wrist inertia mean for stone?
A: It sets how much turning resistance the wrist tolerates. A long slab has high inertia, so this rating is what keeps the slab from tilting mid-transfer.
Q: What is the stacking envelope?
A: 3159mm reach with 2363mm stacking height on a 1600 x 1600mm pattern. Stone yards with wider pallets usually add a floor rail, quoted with the cell.
Q: Why only 550 cycles per hour?
A: Each cycle moves far more mass than a carton line. Running at 550 cycles per hour keeps gears, motors and the structure within design limits for years of shifts.
Q: Will vibration affect placement accuracy?
A: The 2560kg body mass and +/-0.05mm repeatability keep heavy layers square. A proper foundation drawing is supplied with the unit.
Q: How is the arm protected in a stone yard?
A: The body is IP54 for constant dust. For high pressure cleaning we add joint covers and a wrist protection set.
Q: Which controller is included?
A: The YRC1000 controller with palletizing wizard, reducer life estimation and energy regeneration is standard.
Q: What about installation and spare parts?
A: We supply foundation and anchor drawings, parameter backup and remote commissioning. Motors, reducers and cables for PL series units are held in stock.
