1. 210 Kg Payload With 2655 Mm Reach: The R-2000iC/210F lifts parts up to 210 kg at the wrist and reaches 2655 mm, so heavy welded frames, press brake blanks and large castings move in one cycle without extra transfer equipment.
2. Six Axes With 0.05 Mm Repeatability: Six controlled axes repeat to within 0.05 mm as rated by ISO 9283, keeping part placement consistent across long shifts of spot welding, machine tending and palletizing work.
3. IP67 Wrist And J3 Arm Protection: The wrist and J3 arm are rated IP67 while the body is IP54 with IP56 available as an option, so the arm works near coolant, washdown and humid food processing areas.
4. Welding And Sheet Metal Duty: Moment ratings of 1360 N.m on J4 and J5 and 735 N.m on J6 carry spot welding guns and heavy end effectors, and multiple mounting choices keep the installed footprint compact.
5. Elevator Panel Line Experience: Robots of this class run sheet metal and bending lines for elevator builders, where a 40 s takt and 7 day order response are the operating targets our application engineers design around.
