One robot moves fully loaded bags, cartons and drums, so the workload is not split across two units.
Long Reach of 3195 mm for Large Pallet Patterns: A maximum reach of 3195 mm covers large pallet layouts and several stacking positions from a single fixed base. It reduces base relocations when pallet sizes or patterns change, and lets one robot serve both the line exit and the pallet station without an extra transfer conveyor.
Repeatability of ±0.07 mm for Consistent Stacking: A repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.07 mm keeps every pallet layer aligned within a tight tolerance, so fewer stacks collapse or shift during transport and less rework is needed at the shipping stage, even where bags or cartons must fit a fixed pattern.
Purpose-Built Palletizing Kinematics with IP65 Protection: This model uses a palletizing-dedicated 5-axis structure instead of a general-purpose arm adapted to the task.
