Payload and Reach: The KR 470-2 PA provides a rated payload of 470 kg and a maximum reach of 3150 mm. The five-axis palletizing design is built for heavy load handling and palletizing tasks. Positioning Accuracy: Pose repeatability is ±0.08 mm according to ISO 9283. This supports consistent product placement and repeatable pallet patterns during automated handling. The robot is designed for fast working motion in the heavy payload category. The 3150 mm reach helps access pallet positions across a broad working area.
Robust Structure and Protection: The robot uses a jointed-arm kinematic system with AC servo motors and a hydropneumatic counterbalancing system. The moving parts use KUKA Industrial Orange while the base frame and counterbalancing system are black. IP65 protection applies to the robot and robot wrist, supporting use in demanding industrial environments.
Control and Integration: The KR 470-2 PA is documented for KR C5 and KR C4 controllers.
