Our Trolley-Mounted Welding Robot Workstation is a highly flexible mobile welding solution tailored for small and medium processing factories. Equipped with heavy-duty lockable universal casters, the whole station can be effortlessly pushed to different processing stations, eliminating the need for permanent ground installation and expensive safety fences. All core components including collaborative robot arm, welding power supply, wire feeding system and integrated control cabinet are pre-installed on the mobile cart, realizing all-in-one compact integration. It supports MIG/MAG welding of carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum alloy, covering most metal welding scenarios. Benefiting from cobot safety sensing technology, the workstation allows direct human-robot collaboration without isolation barriers. The intuitive touch teaching panel lowers operation thresholds significantly, enabling regular workshop staff to complete program editing quickly. Featuring fast deployment and flexible mobility, this mobile welding cell perfectly matches mixed, small-batch production demands, cutting workshop layout costs and improving equipment utilization rate dramatically.
