Zero programming Operation: Built in dedicated palletizing wizard on 12.1 inch touch teach pendant. Switch different palletizing tasks within 1 minute; full system redeployment finished within 10 minutes.
Human Robot Collaborative Safety: Fully complies with ISO 10218, ISO 13849, ISO/TS 15066 standards. Optional safety scanner with reduced-speed & safety stop function, physical safety fence is not mandatory.
Modular Telescopic Lifting Design: Compact footprint base. Independent service friendly control cabinets. Telescopic column realizes ultra high stacking without enlarging floor occupation, easy relocation between production lines.
Flexible End effector Compatibility: Supports single / dual vacuum cup EOAT. Max speed up to 10 boxes/min. Stable handling for cartons, woven bags and packaged goods for end of line stacking. Robot arm IP65 rated for harsh workshop environment.
