3kg Payload and 624mm Reach for Bench Top Cells: The CS63 is rated at 3 kg payload with a 624 mm working radius, sized for electronics assembly, small part handling and inline inspection. Its body weighs only 15 kg, so it bolts onto a workbench, a wall bracket or an existing machine frame without extra foundations. The compact envelope fits cells where a full industrial arm cannot be installed.
0.02mm Repeatability with 2.0 m/s Tool Speed: Repeat positioning accuracy is ±0.02 mm, so connectors, screws and small components land in the same place part after part. Maximum tool speed reaches 2.0 m/s, which shortens short pick-and-place moves on high mix lines. Elbow and wrist joints turn at 230 °/s, keeping orientation changes quick during insertion and testing.
IP68 Protection with Any Angle Mounting: The whole arm carries an IP68 rating, so it tolerates dust, coolant mist and wash-down, not clean rooms only. It can be mounted at any angle, including floor, wall and ceiling positions, which helps when space sits above or beside the fixture. The working temperature range is -10 to 50 ℃, covering normal factory floors.
One Control Box and an Open Tool Interface: The robot runs from the CS standard control box ERB3C300, with an optional MINI control box. The tool flange provides 4 digital outputs and 4 digital inputs, all configurable, plus 1 analog input and 1 analog output, with 12 V or 24 V tool power up to 3 A. The controller supports Ethernet, PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, Modbus and RS485 for line integration.

Typical tasks include PCB handling, dispensing, screw driving, inspection and machine tending.
