Answer: The whole welding robot system includes the robot arm, controller, welding power source, positioners (one-axis or two axis), fixtures, welding gun cleaner, safety fence, etc.
4. What's the warranty period and delivery time?
Answer: Warranty period is 12 months. While the delivery time would be within 30 days after receiving your deposit.
5. Can you send engineer to our country for setting up the machine?
Answer: Yes. We will send engineer to your country to help installation and commissioning, and training. Any problems, we can also provide online service.
6. I want to know the welding quality for our product, what should I do?
Answer: You can send your samples to our factory to do test welding. After testing welding, we will send the welding video and pictures to you for reference. Also we will send the samples back to you for verification.
