Gongboshi and Vietnam's GELEXIMCO Group Sign Strategic Cooperation Agreement

On July 14, 2026, Guangdong Gongboshi Technology Co., Ltd. and Vietnam International Electronics Joint Stock Company (Viettronics Quốc Tế) held a signing ceremony in Hanoi, Vietnam, marking the official launch of strategic cooperation between Gongboshi and Vietnam's GELEXIMCO Group in the field of smart manufacturing. Under the agreement, the two sides will cooperate deeply in industrial robot system solutions, intelligent production line integration, and automated equipment supply to jointly drive the intelligent upgrading of Vietnam's manufacturing sector.

01 Signing Ceremony: China and Vietnam Join Hands for a New Smart Manufacturing Blueprint

The ceremony was held at the GELEXIMCO Group headquarters in Hanoi. Before the signing, both delegations held in-depth business talks covering Vietnam's industrial automation market demand, the implementation of smart manufacturing technology, and the construction of a local service system, laying a solid foundation for the smooth progress of future cooperation. The agreement was then formally signed under the joint witness of the Vietnamese and Chinese national flags.

02 About GELEXIMCO Group: A Leading Vietnamese Conglomerate

Founded in 1993, GELEXIMCO Group (Tập đoàn Geleximco) is one of the largest private conglomerates in Vietnam. It operates across four core sectors: industrial manufacturing, infrastructure and real estate, finance and banking, and commercial services.

Its industrial manufacturing arm produces automotive and motorcycle parts in a joint venture with Honda and food products with Acecook, and is building an automobile plant with Chery Group (investment over USD 800 million). In October 2025, GELEXIMCO acquired 88% of Vietnam Electronics and Informatics Corporation (Viettronics) for 256.2 billion VND, entering the semiconductor and high-tech electronics industry.
